The ladder
Each tier includes everything in the tier before it. The free months are billed at zero on your agreement — which is the same thing as a straight percentage off your first year in those categories.

The math, in the open: one free month out of twelve is 8.3%. Two is 16.7%. Three is 25%. The percentage applies to your first twelve months of spend in the categories you actually move — not to your whole facility budget, and not to the full length of the agreement. We would rather you check that division now than in the meeting.
The commitment, stated plainly: every tier runs on a three-year supply agreement that renews in one-year increments, and the free months carry volume and category commitments. Your rep prices the whole thing with you before you sign anything. If three years is not something you want to do, tell us now and we will not waste your afternoon.

What comes with it
Sterling Select 2.0 dispensers, your choice of configuration, installed by us and keyed alike so one key opens the whole family.
Up to 1,000 feet of towel and 2,000 feet of tissue on the wall. Fewer change-outs, fewer callbacks, less labor per restroom.
The mechanical 8" unit dispenses hands-free with no batteries to change. Go electronic when you want programmable sheet length and three sensing ranges.
Every unit is Sterling Select 2.0 — no mixed walls, no orphan dispensers. Dual-function locks end stub-roll theft, and one key opens the whole family.

How it runs
STEP 01
A GEM rep counts fixtures, checks what is on the wall today, and pulls your current usage and spend.
STEP 02
Paper, paper plus soap, or the whole restroom. That choice sets your percentage. The agreement is three years in every case, renewing in one-year increments.
STEP 03
Professional installers mount and key every unit — evenings, weekends or midday, your call. Old dispensers leave with them. Your zero-billed months start on the first delivery.
Installation
Your dispensers go up by professional installers — crews that mount these units every day and know the Sterling Select 2.0 family cold. Not your maintenance tech with a drill and an afternoon. You pick the window, they work it, and there is no charge for any of it.
EVENINGS
The crew comes in once your people are gone and the restrooms are empty. You walk in the next morning to a finished wall.
WEEKENDS
Best for schools, offices and anywhere a weekday install means closing a restroom your tenants need.
BUSINESS HOURS
Plenty of accounts prefer to watch it happen and ask questions. If that is you, it gets done at noon on a Tuesday.

Program terms
Savings percentages describe free product months expressed as a share of a customer's first twelve months of spend in the categories moved to GEM Supply, at that customer's contracted pricing. They do not describe a discount off list price, a reduction across a facility's total budget, or a percentage across the full length of the agreement. Offer applies to new Triple S Sterling Select restroom programs placed with GEM Supply Company and requires a signed supply agreement. Free months by tier: paper — bath tissue and roll towel (1 month, 8.3%); paper plus hand soap and sanitizer (2 months, 16.7%); paper, hand soap and can liners (3 months, 25%). Free months are contingent on the volume and category commitments stated in the agreement; failure to meet them may reduce or void the free months. The program requires a three-year supply agreement, which renews automatically for successive one-year terms unless either party gives notice under the cancellation provisions of that agreement. The full agreement is provided in writing for signature before any dispensers are installed or any product ships. Dispensers are provided on loan at no charge for the life of the agreement, installed by GEM at no charge, and covered by a lifetime replacement warranty while the program remains active.
